Managed IT Pricing FAQ

Common questions about our managed IT pricing and plans.

What is the minimum seat count?

Essential and Professional tiers require a minimum of 10 seats. Enterprise requires a minimum of 25 seats. Each "seat" covers one user with their workstation, email, and standard applications.

What counts as a seat?

A seat covers one employee — their workstation (desktop or laptop), user account, email, and standard business applications. Shared workstations, conference room PCs, and kiosks each count as one seat. Servers are billed separately.

How are servers priced?

Servers are priced per device: physical servers at $150/mo, virtual servers at $75/mo. This includes monitoring, patching, backup verification, and proactive maintenance. Server pricing is the same across all tiers.

What is the contract term?

Standard agreements are 12 months with auto-renewal. Month-to-month is available at a 15% premium. We offer discounts for 24-month and 36-month commitments. All contracts include a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

Can I change tiers during my contract?

Yes. You can upgrade tiers at any time with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. Adding seats is immediate; reducing seats takes effect at renewal.

What SLA guarantees do you provide?

Our SLA defines response times (not resolution times) based on severity. Critical issues (business down): Essential 4hr, Professional 2hr, Enterprise 30min. High priority: Essential 8hr, Professional 4hr, Enterprise 1hr. We provide credits if we miss SLA targets.

Is onboarding included?

Yes. Onboarding is included at no additional cost for all tiers. This covers agent deployment, system documentation, user account setup, and knowledge transfer. Typical onboarding takes 2-4 weeks depending on environment size.

Do you support Mac and Linux?

Yes. We support Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints. Our RMM and EDR agents are compatible with all three platforms. Pricing is the same across operating systems.
