Helpdesk Support
Unlimited helpdesk tickets for your team during business hours (8 AM – 6 PM Pacific). After-hours emergency support is available for critical issues. All tickets tracked with SLA compliance reporting.
Patch Management
Monthly OS and application patching for all managed devices. Critical security patches deployed within 72 hours of release. All patches tested in staging before production deployment.
Backup & Recovery
Daily backup verification for all managed servers. Quarterly restore testing to ensure recoverability. Backup monitoring with alerts for failed or missed jobs.
Security
Endpoint protection (antivirus/EDR), email security filtering, firewall management, and quarterly security assessments. Includes security awareness training materials for your team.
